Information you choose to share

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, business name, and message. You may also indicate a service you are considering, or leave that choice as “Not sure yet.” We use this information to review fit, respond to your inquiry, and discuss a potential engagement.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiries submitted through this website are sent by email to Square One Revenue. Our email and hosting providers may retain messages and technical delivery records. Submitting the form does not make a purchase or establish a consulting engagement. We do not sell inquiry information or use it to enroll you in a mailing list.

Hosting and technical information

This version of the website is prepared for hosting on Bluehost. Hosting and email services process technical information needed to operate, secure, and deliver the website and inquiry emails. The form stores a hash of the connection address and submission times in server temporary files to limit repeated requests; it does not store inquiry text in a website database. Fonts and visual assets are served as part of this site. We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Please keep the initial inquiry brief

Do not include financial records, employee or customer information, payment details, medical information, or other confidential material in the inquiry form. Any records needed for an engagement are agreed separately.

To ask about your inquiry information, request a correction, or request its deletion, email hello@squareonedigital.io. We may need to confirm your identity before responding to a request.
